I think we should make the banner along the lines of jpopsuki. ie. rotates with every view. Each person could submit their favorite artists/games so that we could have a collection.

that's a good idea..though it might be hard to implement

I think once we get it implemented it will harder to stop certain people from crowding out the others. For instance... if choco were to share his YUI collection and the pictures were chosen at random... it would be like a 1 in 50 year chance of getting a TE pic once!

It's not that hard to implement, and I've seen it work perfectly. It's a good effect but we would need the additional coding required.
